The Department at the University of Vermont offers an Accelerated Master's Program (AMP), which qualified undergraduates may apply for at the end of their junior year; two courses taken during the senior year can count toward both bachelor's and master's degrees simultaneously, enabling completion of the MS in a fifth year. The Department of Computer Science offers three graduate programs through the Graduate College: a Master's Program, an Accelerated Master's Program (AMP), and an interdisciplinary PhD program. echnology changes quickly - our Computer Engineering Technology program gives students a solid foundation in all aspects of computer technology so that they can adapt to changes in the field long after graduation. At Vermont Tech, theory developed in the classroom is complimented by laboratory work. Practical experience ranges from soldering circuit boards, to user interface programming, to the latest wireless networking technologies. Because hardware, software, and systems topics overlap in the real world, they equip graduates to evaluate the entire computer system and understand how all aspects interact. Vermont Tech
